Information for Parents & Co-Signers.

Every student renting through Atlantic Home Rentals' Stockton Student Housing program is required to have their own approved co-signer/guarantor, and the co-signer must be the student's parent or family member. One parent may not co-sign for an entire roommate group, and this requirement applies even if the student has income or good credit.

The co-signer completes the applicable screening and documentation requirements, and the exact financial and legal obligations are governed by the applicable lease and/or guaranty agreement.

Rest assured, Atlantic Home Rentals maintains its Stockton-area properties to a high standard and communicates clearly and responsively throughout the lease term.
